May 19th

Hey there Everyone!!
Breakfast was:
1 1/2 cups multigrain cherrios
1/2 cup 2% milk
Lunch was:
2 cups 2% cottage cheese
3 servings mixed fruit in natural juice
Dinner was:
2 cups chicken spaghetti
1 cup broccoli
2 servings mixed fruit in natural juice
Snack was:
1 mini box raisins
2 cup vanilla ice cream

5 bottles 16.9oz bottles of water
30 minutes on the wii fit step aerobics

I think it was a bit of a ok day food wise......I do need more veggies though :(
