Oh great Tuesday!!!
I have to say I am blessed to be alive and have a job I love :)
Plus a DH that is on my good side right now :) And a little guy that will be starting school on Monday :( My baby is growing to fast ....stop stop stop :)
Breakfast was:
Nothing today :(
Lunch was:
1 whole wheat 6 inch sub
Smoked turkey breast (deli meat)
2 slices cheddar cheese
lite mayo w/olive oil
tomato
Diner was:
1 cup cottage cheese
1 veggie wrap
1 lite lemon pie fat free yogurt
1/2 cup pineapple
2 slices smoked turkey meat (deli meat)
Water was: 5 bottle
Exercise was: 5 minutes on the wii fit, 2 times up and down one flight of stairs today at work
Ok not much for exercise but it is a start...... and we all have to start somewhere right???

You are so blessed to have a job you love--that really is something to be happy about!
My baby is going to be 14 in two months. I can't stand that he's growing up so fast! I keep thinking back to when he was a baby, toddler, little boy...sniff, sniff! He's a good kid and growing up well, but too darned fast!
