Weigh In/ Doctors Visit

Hey there everyone !!!
Life is good !!!!
Have you ever really thought about "your" life ??
What it is you want out of life?? How your getting from point A to point B ??
Making life YOUR own??

I was just thinking life is truly "what we make it" Is it not??
What we do, where we go, what we say, how we act. Isn't life really ours to do with what we will?
Well I know God is the one that gave me life and through his son Jesus I can have eternal life. But what I do with my life here on earth is up to me. God has given me choices and sometimes I choose the wrong choice....... but as I look back over my life I can see I have learnt a few things (some after doing them over a few times LOL) But life is truly what we make it
Today one meal one minute at a time I will strive to live stronger and healthier
Live Love and Laugh :)

Today was doctor/nutrionist visit
I have a 6lb loss since Janurary 22nd WOOHOO
Water is good
Food is a work in progress but we are progressing in the right direction :)
Exercise is a work in the beginings of progress (and we will strive to make it a lifestyle change)
Thus far my blood work is good :)
My glucose was a small bit high but the doctor said we will wait and see how it is in 3 months
He told me to keep eating good and to try to work out more get more exercise and we shall see how it looks then :)

I am off work this weekend and it is suppose to be cloudy and a bit chilli (in the high 60's)
Was in the 80's yesterday :)
So I will be relaxing and enjoy my boy :)

Friday 2/20

Hey there Hope this finds the world doing awesome and smiles on everyones faces :)
Life is truly good !!!!
Water was 5-16.9oz bottles WOOHOO
Exercise well lets just say I will be getting back on the band wagon .......no excuses no nothing I have just NOT done any at all :*(
Been emotionally drained with my hubby being laid off and trying to be encouraging and helpful to him (dont think I am doing to good at that though)
Breakfast/Lunch was 3 waffles (thanks to hubby) 1tsp butter and lots of syrup
Dinner was 1 lean pocket (chicken mushroom whole grain) 2 cups cauliflower
1 small indiviual serving applesauce and 1 banana
snack 1 fiber one bar
5 bite size candies

So that is it for the food today ..........not good not enough veggies or fruit but not alot of bad things though either so mmmmmmm welp I am being accountable any how right ??

Thursday 2/19

Hey there Blogland... Yesterday was a no accountability day sorry bout that
Yesterday was not a bad eat day just cant remember at this late time what I had to eat yesterday.
Being accountable for today though :)
Breakfast was a cheese flour tortilla
Dinner was 1 lean pocket chicken garlic pizza whole grain
1 cup grilled chicken strips
1 cup okra
Snack was 2 homemade m&m cookies (a co-worker brought them in)
5 bite size kitkats
Water was 5-16.9oz bottles of water
I am having a hello of a time with exercise though
To be honest exercise this week has been NOTHING so I will not be meeting my challenge on that. Hubby and I are having a bit of a time getting use to being together so much with him not work due to being laid off .... (this is the first week) and let me tell you we are pushing each others buttons BIG time. But God will see us through this I am sure and life will continue to be good for us....... we will find a way to get along :)

Totally Tuesday 2/17

Hey there Blogworld
Here I am at the end of my day and trying my best to be accountable
Breakfast was 3 waffles with syrup (Hubby made them for me :))
Lunch was a medium banana
Dinner was 1 cup peas and a lean pocket chicken pizza whole grain
Snack was 2oz mozeralla cheese and a chex mix bar
water was 5 16.9oz bottles of water :)
NO exercise (need to get to work on this)
But life is good :)
I am off work tomorrow (YES!!!!!!)

New Week 2/16

Hey there Blogworld!!!!!!
Today is a great day ..... the sun was at my face (ok it was gray today but )
Life is good
Breakfast was 2 servings shredded wheat 1 cup 2percent milk
Lunch was 1 slice turkey meatloaf (hubby made it last night and it is yummy)
on 2 slices whole grain wheat bread with 1 tsp lite mayo
Diner was 2 slices veggie pizza (LOTS of veggies yummy)
2 hard yukky sugar cookies
a total of 5 16.9oz bottles of water :)
No movin today though :*(
Hubby and I are trying to get use to big in each others space alot more
now that he is laid off and home all the time YUKK LOL

Thursday 2/12

Welp this post is a bit late but better late then never :) RIGHT ???
Yesterday was good the sun was shining and I was blessed to have another day to ROCK it :)
Breakfast was a nutrigrain bar
Lunch was 2 servings shredded wheat, 1 banana
Dinner was 1 garlic chicken lean pocket, 5 servings fruit
snack was 1 cup cottage cheese
got 5 16oz bottles water in :)
and got 30 minutes treadin in :)
oh and 8 pieces bite size candies

I have to confess I have a bad addiction to sweets. I feel like I need to eat all of it (candies, cake, pie, icecream etc.) If I dont eat it all or I dont eat it until I feel like I am gonna get sick then what if I come back for more later and there is none there :(
I know it sounds stupid but this is a problem I struggle with everyday. I even "sneak" that kinda food ..... what as if no one will know I ate it ..... or as if it dont count if I dont tell any one ???
I buy a donut at the donut shop and take the bag to work with me and throw it away so my hubby wont see it and know that I ate a donut ........ This is something I am strivin to work on and get my mind around......

Wonderful Wednesday

Hello there Blog Land !!!!!!!
Hoping the sun is at your face and the wind on your back :)
Today was a great day !!! Visited with a girlfriend today went to lunch with her and her sister :)
Breakfast was 2oz mozeralla cheese nutrigrain bar and a banana
Lunch with out with my friend :)
Went to Olive Garden had 3 stuffed mushrooms, 2 slices zuccunni (spelling)
medium salad, small bowl of seafood alfreado and 1/2 of a slice of chocolate cheesecake thingy
told you NOT to good :*(
Have had 6 -16ozs of water
Did 30 minutes of Toning :))
So mmmmmmm need to work majorly on the eating out
Maybe put half in a doggy bag before I even start eating :)

Welp I finished yesterday with
1 lean whole grain hot pocket (spinach chicken)
1 fatfree 8oz yogurt (orange flavor I think LOL)
2 nutri grain bars
1 fibre one bar
2 small (bite size) candies
2 oz mozarella chesse
12 wheat thins
4 - 16.9oz bottles of water
Need to work on veggies and fruits :(

Striving for a Healthier Life

Well here we are another week into Feburary and life is good :)
Last week I managed 3 days of treadmill walkin
So I was short on my challenge to myself but I am getting up and moving so I am happy about that. I am going in the right direction just need to keep striving for a healthier life :)

This week I am challenging myself to another 5 days of atleast 30 minutes of exercise (cardio, toning, or both)
I am also challenging myself to post everyday this week
To be accountable here for my exercising
Hope this finds everyone in blog land with the sun at their face and the wind to their backs

Challenge, Motivation

Good Morning Blogworld !!!!!!!
Let the sun hit your face and the wind be at your back to day :)
I finished last weeks challenge with 4 days of 30 minutes treadmillin :)

Today is a new day, the beginings of a new month, a new Challenge
This weeks Challenge is 5 days of cardio, toning or both for 30 minutes :)
One step at a time, One pound at a time, One less bite of food at a time.
I did not put it on over night and it will not come off over night
But with ONE Challenge One thing at a time I will be living a healthier life
Striving for more Challenges that will come my way :)

Take today to Challenge yourself, make a positive change and ROCK ON !!!!!
