Welp here I am again. It sure has been awhile since I have been here. But some how I found my way back :) Actually though it is all about hiding, keeping secrets, not wanting to come out and face the show sort of speaking.
I am yo yoing a bit with weight this month but I honestly can say I know why ..... But it is ME that is doing it..... it is me that is half in and half out if that makes sense
I have walked a mile four days this past week (Sunday, Monday, Thursday and Friday)
I have ate half and half (three nights I ate when I came home from work and I mean I ATE) which was not good at all....
My water has been great 6 plus bottles (16.9oz) a day
This week I am gonna keep working on my exercising and eating......
I am challenging myself to 4 days of 30 minutes on the treadmill
I am also challenging myself to NO eating after I get off work.
I will be eating a kashi bar at 8pm instead (hopefully not to be hungry when I get home.... and if I am hungry I will get through it and not with food)
So raising my water bottle to striving for a healthier week this week
One meal, One day, One move at a time :)
