Day Two

Hey there :)
The sun was shining HOT here in Central Texas today :)
Breakfast was:
2 cups cherrios
1/2 cup 2% milk
Lunch was:
2 cups salad
1 5inch subsandwich (deli turkey,lite olive oil mayo,tomato,cheese on a whole wheat bun)
Diner was:
1 cup mulit grain rice
1 cup cottage cheese
3oz mozeralla cheese
2 cups mixed apple slices and green grapes
Water :
5 bottles :)
Snacks were:
1 bite size chocolate candy
1 fiberplus bar

Exercise is something I need to work on .........
not sure if I need to start a exercise challenge or what ?? Any ideas??

Lookin' good there Dawn! What I am doing for exercise - is setting a totally reachable goal - something that I KNOW without a DOUBT I will reach every single day. I do at least that - everyday. Today was Day 15. My thought is that if I can start with a very small goal - it will be easier to make exercise a habit again. Somedays I exceed my goal, some days I just make it. But, I've done it. And that feels good. :-) Maybe give something like that a try? Just to get yourself into that habit of daily exercise...?

Just so glad to have you back. It sounds like your vacation was great! If you did all that driving and visiting without killing anyone--you had a great vacation! You'll be able to get back into the swing of things. Sometimes it takes a little longer than we hope, but you will get right back there!

My exercise changed as I lost my weight, but these days I enjoy walking the best. Sometimes I think walking is the unsung hero of weight loss, and maintenance!
