Welp this post is a bit late but better late then never :) RIGHT ???
Yesterday was good the sun was shining and I was blessed to have another day to ROCK it :)
Breakfast was a nutrigrain bar
Lunch was 2 servings shredded wheat, 1 banana
Dinner was 1 garlic chicken lean pocket, 5 servings fruit
snack was 1 cup cottage cheese
got 5 16oz bottles water in :)
and got 30 minutes treadin in :)
oh and 8 pieces bite size candies
I have to confess I have a bad addiction to sweets. I feel like I need to eat all of it (candies, cake, pie, icecream etc.) If I dont eat it all or I dont eat it until I feel like I am gonna get sick then what if I come back for more later and there is none there :(
I know it sounds stupid but this is a problem I struggle with everyday. I even "sneak" that kinda food ..... what as if no one will know I ate it ..... or as if it dont count if I dont tell any one ???
I buy a donut at the donut shop and take the bag to work with me and throw it away so my hubby wont see it and know that I ate a donut ........ This is something I am strivin to work on and get my mind around......

Since you and I have talked about this very thing recently...you know you are not alone in what you go through!! It seems silly when we stop and think about why we do things...but it's hard to stop, isn't it!
