Hello there :) Hope this finds one and all doing great and enjoying life :) For life was made to enjoy :)
Breakfast/Lunch was
3 turkey hot dogs
1 hot dog bun
3 teaspoons chilli
6 teaspoons shreeded cheese
20 french fries baked
Dinner was:
1 veggie wrap (lettuce tomato and mozeralla cheese)
1 1/2 cups banana pudding (MMM Good)
Snacks were:
1 fiberplus bar
6 bottles of water
30 minutes of wii fit
YEAH I finally got my big bum up and moved again :)
