Hey there Blogland :)
Hope this finds all doing great and havin had a great weekend.
Breakfast was:
2 breakfast burittos (hashbrowns, turkey sausage, onions, mushrooms, eggs, liquid eggwhite)
2 teaspoons sourcream (1 each buritto)
sprinkle of shredded cheese
Lunch/Dinner was:
1 1/2 cup turkey burger spaghetti
1 cup cottage cheese
Snacks were:
1 fiberplus bar
Water was 5 bottles
Exercise was zilch.....need to get a grip and start movin....no matter how stressed life is/can get
Need to MOVE IT MOVE IT MOVE IT

Exercise is great for stress. Thing is, when we're stressed, it's the last thing we want to do. Funny how that works!
