Yesterday started out as a great day off work and ended as a really cr$ppy day
Breakfast was:
4 biscuits
Lunch/Dinner was:
2 scoops potato salad
2 serving spoons baked beans
3 cups cottage cheese
Water was 6 bottles
Exercise was nothing
We went to a bbq at my SIL's they had chicken wings (I dont like chicken wings so had none)
Had a great time playing with nephews and a niece....
