Hey there ......hope this finds you doing great and the world at your feet.
Breakfast was:
1 cup cherrios
1/4 cup 2% milk
Lunch was:
4 cups of salad (lettuce, tomato, mushrooms, one slice deli turkey)
2 packs 1000 island 1 pack fat free thousand island (was to much dressing)
20 cheese nip reduced fat chips
Dinner was:
1 cup fajita chicken (hubby made last night)
1 1/2 cup rice with corn
1 blueberry lite fat free yogurt
Snacks were:
2 cups mixed fresh fruit
3 tablespoons lite cool whip
2 bite size candies
6 bottles of water
35 minutes on the wii fit :)
Today I think was pretty good!! What do you think???

Looks like you did have a good day. I limit myself to 1500 calories a day and a 2.5 mile walk which seems to work for me. In the end, it's eating less and exercising more that does the trick. If we've had our *aha* moment, it works. I have stopped looking for the easy way out of this weight. Good luck to you!
Looks great to me. I like that you got a bit more food in than some days. =)
