Hey there Blogland.....
we shall keep this short and sweet tonight :)
Breakfast/Lunch was:
2 cups multigrain cherrios
1/2 cup 2% milk
Dinner was:
1 1/2 cup seafood pasta
1 cup mushrooms and tomatos that I added to the seafood pasta
(a friend from work brought this in for everyone and it was YUMMY)
Snacks were:
1 mini box raisins
1 kashi bar
water was 5 16.9oz bottles of water.......
exercise was 30 minutes on the wii fit :)
Gotta love them step aerobics

I'm with Ang, where is your lunch? Or do you call lunch dinner and dinner supper like my husband does?
Nope I did not get enough in yesterday and it was not cause I was not trying.....it just ended up that way.
When I get up in the mornings I take my thyroid meds (have to wait for a hour after to eat food then) and usually I start to exercise before the hour of waiting is up then after exercise I usually relax...... then before you know it it is time to get ready for work and I am eating breakfast LATE or breakfast and lunch together ....... I REALLY need to wrok on this
