May 28th

Hey there Blogland!!!
Life is good and I am happy to report I did make May count!!! Yeah Me
went to our nutritionist/doctor appointment this morning at 11 am
I lost the 4lbs I gained last month so am back to 337. I could have lost more but I will take the 4lbs and being back at the same place I was 2 months ago is OK cause I have learned a few things the month of May. I have learnt even though I need to work on my food intake ALOT more ......Journaling is helping me 100% and then some. I have learnt I can do anything I set my mind too ...... including NOT eating all of something..... Knowing that tomorrow I will wake up again and I will be able to have more then if I want........ I have learnt I DONT need to turn to food for comfort....... I will continue to work not turning to food for comfort as I walk in to June with my head high and the light in my eyes :) I have learnt I AM worth it all ..... God loves me and I LOVE me :)
Hubby weighed in losing 2lbs (320 now) so that is cool
He will also be going for a MRI on his knee (just to make sure there is NO pulled ligaments or tendons) on Saturday at 4pm..... he is suppose to go back to work on Monday (thank you) but we shall see what the MRI says first ........ Thank goodness I work at a hospital and have great insurance ...... MRI should be free as long as it is done at my hospital (only have to pay 20% for the doctor that reads it) But let me tell you Hubby is a BIG baby ..... wait on me for this do that for me...... LOL but when I was at work tonight he steam cleaned our front bedroom (MMM how did he do this on cruches ??? that is why I dont think it is any more then a sprain cause when he wants to he can stand with out cruches but when he wants to be a baby he whines he needs the cruches LOL MEN)
any way on to the food for today
Breakfast was:
Nothing (did not eat before weighin in at doctors)
Lunch was:
1 banana
1 turkey burger taco
Dinner was:
1 veggie wrap (lots of lettuce, tomato, mushrooms a bit of mozeralla cheese and ranch)
1 cup cherries
1/2 cup sliced apples
2 tablespoon coolwhip

water was 5 16.9oz bottles
exercise was nothing :(

I will be working on breakfast, veggies, fruits and changing up some of my exercise for the month of June :) I also will continue to bore yall with my food journal blogs everyday in June as it really seems to help me be more accountable with it all :)

lol about your husband. (not about his knee, but about the whining.) It's opposite in my house, I'm the whiner and my husband never complains when ill or hurt. I have to defy all the rules.

Great loss! I have had a much better day today. I think really stopping today to think about what I've eaten this week (outside of my journal) has helped. I need some reality. I am married to a big baby too, but he is also very helpful even when he is sick. I'm totally spoiled. Have a great weekend!
