May 2nd

Hey there Blogland!!!!!
Yet another day has come and gone. I think today was an ok day :)
I lost my pedometer at the grocery store this morning...... I am NOT happy about this .... trying to make up my mind if I want to buy a new one or wait till Monday and ask the fitness lady at work if I can have a new one (I am cheap so I will probably wait LOL)
But walking with the pedometer for 3 days had me stoked on how much I DO walk :)
Breakfast today:
3 biscuits
2 pork sausage patties
1 tsp lite butter

Lunch today:
1/2 cup potato salad
1/2 cup coleslaw
3/4 cup pinto beans
2 1/2 x 2 1/2 piece of cornbread
1 double vanilla icecream sandwich

Snacks today:
2 ritz crackers
2 mini 3 muskateers
1 pack of nutter butter cookies (4 cookies)
2 oz mozzeralla cheese
4 servings mixed fruit in natural juice

5 -16.9oz bottles of water

30 m,inutes of wii fit step aerobics

Today was our Company picnic I had to work so I did not go but they fed us picnic stuff for free today ....... so that is where my lunch came from :)
I know my eating was not that good today but on the other side of it all....... I stopped at 2 mini pieces of candy instead of eating ALOT more like I usually do. I stopped at one pack of cookies (instead of 2 that I could have had) and I stopped at 1 ice cream sandwich and not a pint of icecream I could have had....... so I am stoked to know I am starting to STOP the gordge eating
