May 26th

Tuesday Tuesday Tuesday and it is almost over :(
I am off work tomorrow (Thank You) Tonight was a hard night at work. I wish I had a pedometer I bet I walked atleast 10000 steps just at work alone. I was on the floor for 2 1/2 hours straight going from room to room floor to floor patient to patient and drawing blood. I actually left with 6 sticks to get and was paged for another 9 sticks while I was on the floor ...... Lets just say VERY busy. So I am so glad tomorrow is just me and my men day :)
Breakfast was:
1 1/2 cup raisin bran crunch
1/2 cup 2% milk
8oz trop 50 oj
(can you believe I actually ate breakfast YEAH ME)
Lunch was:
2 servings mixed fruit in natural juice
3oz of turkey smoked sausage
1 slice 2% cheddar cheese slice
Dinner was:
1 lean pocket (chicken mushroom spinach)
4 servings mixed fruit n natural juice
1 serving microwave kraft mac n cheese
Snacks were:
2 mini bite size snickers

6 bottles of water
30 minutes on the wii fit
