Hey there
Today was not a good day in this house :(
Life is good but eating was bad
But I said I would come here and blog/journal my food every day for the month of May so here I am bloggin about a not so good food day
Breakfast was:
Nothing
Lunch was:
3 biscuits
Dinner was:
2 cups wheat noodles with lite butter and parmasean cheese
Snacks were:
2oz sharp cheddar cheese
1 box single serving cracker jacks
water was 5 bottles
exercise was notha today
Tomorrow is another day and we will fordge ahead
get back on track and Keep On Keepin On
