It's my weekend off YEAH !!!!!!!
Breakfast was:
1 1/2 cup shredded wheat
1/2 cup 2% milk
Lunch/Dinner was:
1 veggie wrap (lettuce, tomato, mozeralla cheese on a tortilla)
1 serving french fries (not the good kind.....these were deep fried)
They actually tasted nasty in the end DONT think I will be eating these again anytime soon :)
Snacks were
2 bite size candies
4 small dinner mints
1 small 2 by 2 cream cheese sopollias (or something like that)
1/2 chocolate donut
6 bottles of water
36 minutes on the wii fit
I think I had way to many snacks today .........and NOT enough REAL food..... will keep working on this :)
