Hey it is Monday Again LOL :)
Hope this finds everyone doing great and enjoying life :)
I go back to the nutrionist/doctor on the 28th of this month and hoping to see a bit of a downward turn weight wise if you know what I mean
Breakfast was:
1 cup cherrios
1/2 cup 2% milk
Lunch was:
1 medium baked potato
1 cup brussel sprouts
Dinner was:
3 cups salad (lettuce, tomato and mushrooms)
1 pack 1000 island regular and 1 pack fat free dressing
10 french frys
Snacks were:
2 kashi bars
1 bite size kitkat
3 dinner mint (them small mints)
2oz mozeralla cheese
water is only 4 bottles tonight (a bit light on the water:( )
exercise was 34 minutes on the wii fit :)
Will be adding some toning to this soon
Work was crazy today .... ended up working 30 minutes over

Good job...I don't think I could ever eat a brussel sprout. That's impressive to me! lol
