Hey Hey Blogland How are we all doing today ???
I hope today found you striving for a healthier more balanced life !!!!!
Breakfast was:
1 cup cottage cheese 4% fat (need to get back to the 1% fat on this)
6 servings mixed fruit in natural juices
Lunch was:
1 slice deli ham 98% fat free
2oz mozeralla cheese
1 kashi bar
Dinner was:
1 cup brown rice
1 cup mixed veggies (brocolli, cauliflower, carotts)
1/2 cup cottage cheese
Snacks were:
2 mini boxes raisins
1 chex mix bar
5 16.9oz bottles of water
30 minutes on the wii fit step aerobics
Life today was good. I am blessed to be strong and strivin for a healthier tomorrow

We have a wii fit, but I don't use it, my son does. I love step aerobics, what program or game or whatever do you have to have to use that?
My son wants me to use the wii fit, but I resist...that would be fun to me.
Jo Have you tried the wii fit ?? I LOVE the step aerobics on the wii fit JUST LOVE IT :) The step aerobics I do with wii fit is just the wii fit one...under strength (I think) look for it you will LOVE it :)
