May 20th

Ok as you all can probably see I messed up this post a few times already........ MMMMM Lets just say technology is NOT my strong point LOL
Breakfast was:
1 cup cherrios
1/4 cup milk
Lunch was:
1 1/2 cup chicken spaghetti
1 cup cauliflower
Dinner was:
1 veggie wrap (mushrooms, tomatos, lettuce)
2 servings mixed fruit in natural juice
5 bottles of water
30 minutes on the treadmill today :)
