This one is short and sweet (it is already Saturday morning 12:23am here LOL)
Breakfast was:
1 kashi bar
2 servings mixed fruit in natural juice
Lunch was:
2 slices whole wheat bread
2 slices 2% american cheese
1 peppermint patty candy regualar size
Dinner was:
1 1/2 cup rice, corn, tomatoes, green peppers and onions mixed together
4 servings mixed fruit in natural juice
1/2 small baked chicken breast
water was 5 bottles
exercise was wii fit step aerobics
I start school Monday (a math class) and LOL I have NOT bought my book yet. Class starts at 8 am so I will NOT be getting it until after the first day ..........GRRRRRRRR But it will be a good monday LOL
