May 31st

Hello Blogland...... It is the END of May here in Central Texas and I have made my May goal of bloggin my food, water and exercise everyday this month !!! Yeah for ME !!!!
Breakfast was:
1 1/2 cup messy eggs (hashbrowns, peppers, onions, mushrooms, eggs and liquid egg whites)
2 turkey sausage links
Lunch was:
1 cup banana pudding
2 slices deli turkey meat
1 slice 2% cheese
Dinner was:
3 pieces fish (the not good kind ..... great value fish fillets breaded)
1 cup french frys baked
2 teaspoons reduced fat Mayo w/olive oil
Snack was:
1 cup low fat cookies and cream ice cream

water was 6 bottles of water
exercise was 30 minutes on the treadmill :)

Now on to June :) Bring It On !!!!
my personal goals to add to boggin every day for the month of June are:
1) veggies :)
2) fruit :)
3) mix up my work outs add some different things :)

So Once again BRING IT ON
